I bought server service from ionos, i am paying regular monthly fees from 1 year. Their server started hacking i asked them to secure they replied they will not help i have to secure from my side. I was trying my best. For security i paid 75 USD to their admin for implement antivirus. But again i was facing hacking issue. Whenever i received hacking complaint i revert instantly. I removed files. But on 27th December 2019 i received mail they are terminating service for 14 days. I was expecting my account will open after 14 days. But without any notice they deleted my account. I have important data on their server . This is purely cheating without notice they cant delete my account.’ Please look this matter this is cheating doing by this company.
