McDonalds — Unbelievably poor service

I pulled into the location at a few minutes after 10:00 AM. I noticed that the pull ahead service areas were full, but I was only ordering an Egg McMuffin As it turned out the line wasn’t moving as I approached the payment window. I had to wait approximately 10 minutes to get to the pickup window where I was asked to pull ahead. Cramped for time, I just left without my order or a refund of my $3.63. This location is deplorable. I have previously submitted complaints about a burned fish filet and a pink cheeseburger (first in over 50 years of eating McDonalds food.) Even though my business is nearby, and this is convenient location, I won’t be eating here again until this is resolved. I have no idea how management should resolve the incredibly terrible food preparation or ridiculously slow service. Someone should be held responsible. This location is giving the company a very bad reputation.
