I have given the order for packing and moving all my house stuff from Chennai to Mysore on 28/06/09 and was promised them to be delivered on 30/06/09, but still nothing. I call them about 5 times per day, but they have never once called me to inform me that it would be late or give a specific timeframe. Every time I call, it is like “it will reach you within the next few hours”, and this has been happening for the past 4 days. I am sick and tired of calling them, and I am planning to go to Chennai and lodge a police complaint and then a complaint with the website also
