Express Scripts — Please help

I have been taking Trulicity for my type 2 diabetes for some time. When I attempted to have my prescription refilled, Express Scripts informed me that the prescription was on back order and could not be filled. My doctor then prescribed Ozempic as an alternative, with the same results. He then prescribed Bydureon as another alternative. Over a week later, I received a message from Express Scripts that Bydureon was not approved by my provider (US Military). After several attempts I was finally able to speak to an actual person, who informed me that my doctor (who wrote the prescription) had to approve this medication. I called my doctors office and informed them of this. They told me that they had not been contacted by Express Scripts of this problem, and would contact Express Scripts with the approval. This was 2 weeks ago, and Express Scripts lousy website still shows that they are awaiting approval from my provider.I have now been out of my medication for 4 weeks and my blood sugars are increasing dramatically. What am I supposed to do? Please help.
