Charlie’s Custom Clones — Situation has not been resolved

I ordered two items from Charlie’s Custom Clones on August 13th and 20th. One item that I ordered which I ended up cancelling it after a month. One item which I ended up cancelling on September 20th, the full refund has not been issued. I have brought it up to their customer service which one representative stated that he will look into and there is no development. The other item I’m still waiting. Last correspondence regarding the second item that I placed an order ran into a minor complication which they offered me some options. I chose one of the option and replied to the customer service on September 6th. I e-mailed again on September 30th and one of the represenative goes by the name, Jonathan claimed that he never received any e-mail. I screenshot the e-mail and send it to him as a proof but there was no response after that. I even attempt to call them which led to a voicemail after being put on hold for 10 to 20 minutes. I left a voicemail asking the status but there wasn’t any attempt from their side to make any contact. I have made several attempts to get in contact with their custom service which is not up to par. I have sent two e-mails, one on last weekend and today to request and attempt to resolve this matter. It’s been over two months and the situation has not been resolved.
