I have been a customer of Cintas for about 7 years. in 2016 I was very unhappy with their service and told them I wanted out of their contract. they sent someone over and conned me into signing another 5 year contract promising things would be different. My main concern was being stuck with a contract with little to no service. they insured me that if the service is not good anymore its no problem to get out of the contract. “simply send us a letter explaining what the problems are if we do not correct them all in 30 days the contract is free to walk away from” They have been charging us for stuff we have not gotten in years they have offered a huge credit for their mistakes and have admitted they are wrong I told them I do not want the credit I just want a driver that speaks English and will provide the services we are paying for. 60 days later I still have guys that have not gotten their uniforms and have not sent the same driver once to speak with me about making this right. I offered to give them the uniforms back because we are done with the contract so we can both move on with our businesses. I was told that the uniforms we have can not be returned they must be purchased because there is an additional patch sewn on then… fine I offered to let them walk away without issuing us the credit as long as we get to just keep the uniforms we have to balance out. they then ignored our reasonable offer and hired a lawyer to threaten us under grounds of grand theft because we did not return the uniforms to them.. lol its almost comical. only its not funny because not I need to defend myself against a company that is making its money from bad contracts rather than just providing a good service and earning honest money.
