On August 24, 2020 I purchased an Elliptical Fitness exercise machine from the Fitness Showrooms location in Fairfax, Virginia for $3,473. I have received two delivery dates for this equipment (October 8 and October 24). The equipment was not delivered on either date. Contact with the company’s service representative has been erratic (i.e., most calls / text messages have not been answered). When the representative has responded, either no information or incorrect information has been provided.
