Google refuses to honor the warranty on the phone purchase from them. I purchased a Google Pixel 2XL phone with extended warranty. After the phone suffered damage specifically stated as covered Google opened and incident and failed honor or even correctly code the claim so that it can be honored for over two months. They claim they have to change a serial number in their system to process the claim. I have sent 24 emails requesting help, have logged over 5 hours on the phone on four separate occasions. Other than claiming they are processing the claim they have done nothing. At this point I have had to purchase a new phone and they still have not honored or facilitated the honoring of the warranty.
