Amazon.com — Unacceptable

3/9/23, I returned 6 items labeled and package, to the Amazon Hub Locker the 6 items were scanned and I received an emailed for each item verifying that I returned each item. I called Amazon to check the status of my refund for the items and was told I had to wait 3wks for my refund? NO, that has never happened since I have been a Prime Member. During the course of my conversation with one or more CS reps, someone fraudulently revoked my return & refund on the 6 items I returned on 3/9/23. The total amount of my refund is $148.77 to be placed on my Amazon Gift Balance. When I questioned this activity on my Amazon account no one knew nothing about this action and I was told it could not be traced and it was removed out of retaliation.I have proof of my return and I want my refund immediately due the fraud done to my Amazon Prime Account. I have been a faithful Prime Member. I have removed my payments methods that are on Amazon and will remove my EBT Card as well. This kind of behavior with a customers account is unacceptable and not appreciated by me at all.
