Uber Technologies — Later they called me to cancel

Hi, I placed a Uber Eat order recently. Within 5 minutes of the order, the restaurant called me and asked me to cancel the order since the items are not available. I tried to cancel it, but the system shows a $12.06 charge. Then I follow the system to go to “contact customer service”. The system poped a window asking me to select an option, I choose “cancel order”. Then it asked me for the reason. I selected “another reason”. I though the system will lead me to customer chat, but it cancelled my order immediately. I believe this is not my mistake, it is totally the misleading system. The restaurant asked me to cancel it. And the automated system is misleading. I chatted with the customer service for several times, and they refused to refund me. From my perspective, first of all, it is the fault by the restaurant, they do not have the items available, but the still accepted the order in the system. Later they called me to cancel it. Then, it is the fault of the misleading system. It is mentioned as “chat with customer service”, but they cancelled my order immediately in the automated system I uploaded two documents, one is the charge by UberEat, another one is the snapshot of the call from the restaurant
