I purchased a GOOGLE nest product from Amazon on March 15th 2022. The heat part of the thermostat doesn’t work. I had to call a AC HVAC person to figure this out. They charged me 150$ diagnosis fee and asked me to replace the product. I opened a ticket # case I spent 2 hours till date and I have not received the replacement product that is under warranty. At this time now I am looking for a replacement product and also the 150$ diagnostic fees I paid to a HVAC company to come out to tell me why my heat was not working.
