Company will not release money instead keep saying they already did Roku charged me on the 15th lf nov. I called and requested refund. They said yes and that they issued refund same day on 15th. Today on 25th I still dont have money. They are blaming the bank but the bank says they have a hold on my money. Bank confirms it is the company not them with hold on money. Roku will not send email to bank to resolve issue and wont release my money . Instead just argue that I already have it when I don’t.
