Shift4 Payments, LLC — Nothing But Problems

I purchased a Harbortouch system in May 2018 and since then I have had multiple issues with this system for the 2nd time within 2 weeks the credit card processing has shut down and we can not take credit cards which loses our business money & Customers because they become frustrated and don’t want to come back. When you call Tech support they have extremely long hold times and then disconnect you. I have tried several times to get this resolved and still, nothing is done. I would like to get reimbursement for all the credit cards lost due to their lack of processing incorrectly. They force you to use their merchant processing and then they are constantly having Technical difficulty. Also, I want to cancel this contract and just get rid of this system and get a completely different one that will Work like the salesman tell they will and not avoid your phone calls once you purchase it. I reached out to the salesman couple of times regarding problems but now he no longer works there not sure if he knew they were doing things wrong or why he’s not there.
