I talked to their customer service department last Wednesday 11/20/2019 because I had a stop check put in place and it went through which i didn’t know it had to hard post before the money was put back into my account well the Lady who is was talking to in their customer service department said that it would hard post this past Wednesday 11/20/2019 which it did and the money would be returned to my account by the next day which was Thursday 11/21/2019 it is now Monday 11/25/2019 and the money has still not been returned to my account and i am not happy that i was lied to and told false information.
