PNC Bank — Worst services I have ever dealt with.

I utilized my new credit card with PNC to book a hotel stay in Austin, Texas. The stay was for 3 nights totaling 33,000 points. The first night I got to the hotel we faced a significant amount of issues to the point that by the next morning, we decided that we had to leave the hotel. That night I spoke with a manager from the Premier Traveler program who explained that she put in the request for my refund for the remaining two nights of my stay and for at least half of the first night that we completed. I was told that it would take about 3 days to see the refund. I called three days later when the refund had not arrived and was told that it would take about a week. I called back in a week and no one seemed to understand what I was talking about. Every time I call I have been given the runaround, and I end up speaking with a stream of representatives who have no idea what is going on or how the program works. I want my points refunded so that I can cancel the card since the Premier Traveler program is one of the worst services I have ever dealt with.
