I am a Paypal customer for more than 7 years. In November last year because of an increase in sales in my account Paypal decided to hold $3.000.00 for collateral in my account for 90 days without my consent (signature suppose to be required or approval from my side), even this I continuously have a balance in my account for more than the $3.000.00 required for Paypal. For problems in my eBay account I have been suspended to do sales, however 90 days later without having any claims from customers, De Paypal does not want to release my funds. Is anything that I can do to obtain my funds? Paypal customer service just saying that they can hold the money forever. Is that true?. Can I go to court?
