Burger King — Rude rude and rude

We drove up placed our order then I asked her how I worked the app or what she needed. She really didn’t tell me. She said there was a car behind us and to move forward. She told us she could not hear us. So we drove forward and she informed us she would not take our order or the number. I told her she did not have to be so rude. Told me she wasn’t being rude. She said she still would not take our order. Told us we would either order inside or drive back around. So we drove back around. My husband started to order and she said she could not hear so I shouted to her. She told me I did not have to get loud.. I told her she was being rude and she argued with me. She said more stuff but can’t remember all. I have never been treated that way. It floored me when she would not take our order. She was so rude and nasty. I have never had someone at a fast food place treat me that way. I dont know her name but she had piercings all over her face. I hope this is taken care of because I have always been under the impression the customer is always right. I will never go to that BK again. I feel something needs to be done about her. She needs to be trained on how to take care of the customer. You just don’t do what she did. I became so angry for the treatment. My husband and I deserve an apology from her.
