Pacific Bell PCS is by far the worst company to deal with in my experience as a consumer. Not only are their products often defective as exemplified by my Motorola Star Tac 8000 that was returned and replaced five times, but their overall signal in Los Angeles is terrible. I am unable to receive calls in my home, at work, nor on campus because of their weak signal. As a result, I miss calls regularly, and basically use my phone as a pager, checking messages and voice mail. Overall, De I suggest steering clear of Pac Bell PCS and I plan to switch services soon. Any suggestions?
