I took my car over to have it fixed. They made me file a form that said what was wrong with the car. They had me initial next to the amount for the labor and I did. They fixed something totally different than the reason I took it to get fixed. It’s been there two weeks and they still haven’t fixed what I asked them to fix and charged me a price I didn’t agree to. I called and said I would give them a fair price for the work they did so I could get my car back, but they wouldn’t accept my offer.
