I contracted with Affordable Auto Repair to fix my car and get it on the road by installing an engine for $800. Parts purchased by me. Upon seeing the amount I paid for the engine the owner has tried to increase the amount due once before beginning by $100 and has now refused to complete the installation until he receives $900 and claims after he receives $900 he will complete the installation and plans to charge me an additional undisclosed amount.
