Wendys — Better Services

My complaint is Wendys has to improve much better on their customer service. I had in countered twice on different occasion that Wendys front lobby door has been close on a mannered time around 5:56pm as well with different problems for example no service ordering can be issued due to front lobby door is lock or because of short staff and if you go drive through the system is down. Only drive through service can be provided if you’re an Uber Eat or Door dash what about the other customer who are not employed with those company. And as I am taking my time to complaint of this grievance because this is not the first time, I came across the same problem this has come to an effect on January 2, 2022, and also January 4, 2022, something has to be done. Wendys manger or corporation has to fix or resolved this out going issue at this Wendys location. By relating this issue to the head manager and try to resolve, what is the key point on this ongoing situation which, are hiring more people because this is where the problem is coming from. As well they need to look into IT issue of why Wendys system keeps crashing down on a regular day basis.
