1&1 Ionos failed to refund me after I called them on Dec 30, 2019 and requested to cancel my subscription for account with a domain name. I never used either of them. But even after my request to cancel and refund just $4.60 for the remaining 4 months of 12-mo long subscription, 1&1 Ionos disregarded me as a customer in the sake of such a tiny lucre. Disgusting!
