I have been locked out of 2 emails of mine and Google refuses to help, I can prove there both mine In 2017 my email was hacked I contacted Google numerous times and they would not help me get it back even though I know all the information, a couple of weeks ago I had to reset my phone and lost a password to another email account they also have yet to help me recover this one, the security is a joke and they treat the customer as the criminal instead of the victim. The recovery questions even if you answer them correctly don’t work and they have hijacked all kinds of stuff from me and countless others. Why offer free email but don’t help people who use it, I didn’t even know you can pay for Gmail or I would of just to be able to get my stuff back the only reason I even use Google is cause I have to. I want to recover my emails and get my picture and other personal items from my two Google accounts got hacked and stolen from me in 2017) and the other is currently being stolen from me.
