This callous woman is a disgrace to the profession. Janee Joslin is a corrupt attorney who works in Virginia Beach. DO NOT HIRE!!!
However, if you want a lawyer with no soul or moral compass, she’s your gal. I’m not going to go into details about my specific “adventure” with this shady person due to wanting to keep my anonymity, but I will say I have NO idea how she sleeps at night. She defended an abusive man with a long record of domestic violence and charges of sexual abuse, which lead to the children being abused more. De she will do anything for money and the “win”. Ms. Joslin no remorse or sensitivity. She takes a crying battered mother on the stand and makes fun of her in court.
If you have any sense of wanting justice or safety of your children, stay as far away from her as possible. I truly believe this is one person who will never get into Heaven. It makes you wonder what other skeletons she has in her closet that just haven’t been brought out in a courtroom. The thought of her makes my skin crawl.
