Google Play — No timelines and very little courtesy

I ordered items on November 28th from the Google Play store. Only 1 of the 3 items arrived. I have been trying to get a replacement item for three weeks now. They make you talk to the very first person who opened your case… And you can only talk to them through email. Well, they stopped responding to their emails a week ago. If I call in they tell me the case is already escalated. As a consumer…. I have been waiting since Nov 28th to get my items. Today is December 19th. I have been given no information other than being told to wait and I will be updated. No timelines and very little courtesy.
