Subway — Unsatisfactory

My husband I visited Subway this morning for breakfast (22122) approx 9am. I ordered two mega melts, the guy didn’t seem to understand what I was asking for, I spoke clearly but I had to correct him a few times though it wasn’t a problem, I asked for a white coffee a tea, he gave me two cups told me to get them myself, this has never happened before. I didn’t know how to work the machine, he pointed to a button, then I asked for hot water for my tea, he then pointed to another button for hot milk, I repeated that I just want hot water but he said there wasn’t any, by now I was getting annoyed. While I was struggling with the machine he said ‘Excuse me madam’, I thought he was finally going to help but he simply wanted me to move so he could refill the milk.. I took a coffee but I couldn’t drink it, so my husband ate his food I took mine home so I could have my tea. I’m not a youngster trying to be awkward or difficult. I have visited this branch of Subway several times service has been fine but I won’t be returning as I don’t want to be served by this person again.
