Airtel Service Provider — Sim not in service

Sir /madam i have submitted my documents twice but still there is no incoming, outgoing and also not able to use data service.i have called service several times they always saya that my all service are shown active .recently i have sumbitted my documents a week ago i.e on 20/08/2015.so i request the concern to resolve the issue else i will switch to other service provider. i have many airtel connections in my family but as your service is so poor i am going to disconnect all number and switch to other service providers. my prepaid number in which i am facing problem is 7023874799. but for contact purpose you can call me on my airtel post paid number i.e 9928079822. my complaint number registered by airtel customer service is 2082707619200
