Fidelity Investments — Need access to my own money

I have been struggling for almost 2 months to withdraw funds from my own investment account. It has been one issue after another beginning with me changing the bank account I had on file and resulting in a fraud/security issue. I have sent all the proper documentation in numerous times and am always told it is another story. I have been on the phone with them 8 or more times including with my father who I have authorized as allowed to speak on my behalf. My father has also filed a complaint but was told they could not speak with him. It is my own money but yet I cannot withdraw the funds. I appreciate the steps they have gone through as far as security however every single time, we are told they need something else. I am a college student that needs access to my own money.
