Family Dollar — My first time visiting your store I was stopped and embarrassed and kicked out

Yes sir I’d like to file a complaint on the male employee that you have working at the Elkins West Virginia Family Dollar at 8 p.m. on the 18th today was my first day ever going to the Family Dollar Store in Elkins West Virginia I walk up to the door how was practicing my social distancing had my mask on as soon as I walk up to the person to the doors the male employee I didn’t catch his name he didn’t have a name tag on came rushing to the doors stopped me right in front of everybody and told me he’s no you got to get out is it you know exactly why because last time he was here he proceeded to tell me that the last time I was there that I had stolen merchandise in my bag and would not let him check it as I left the store I have perfected this is a false statement because today is the very first time I’ve ever set foot in the Family Dollar in Elkins West Virginia honestly I had no idea they even put it in there until about a week ago but in front of other customers at the register and few people at the parking lot the new employee there rush me at the door and was yelling that I was still in the last time I was in there and that I had to leave the store but like I said never set foot in the store before my life not in Elkins West Virginia how to make some action has to be taken here on this matter at hand I mean I feel like I was embarrassed discriminated profiled and publicly humiliated in front of everybody that was in the parking lot and inside the store tonight for something that clearly never happen because I’ve never been in the store before to have stolen anyting I suggested action be taken very soon and very seriously honestly I would like the guy’s job taken from him I don’t like to be profiled I’m a respected and hard-working member of society here in Elkins West Virginia and if actions are not taking very soon within the next two to three days I may be notified this action has been taken me and my lawyer will be calling you by Wednesday afternoon if things are not handled my lawyer will be getting ahold of you and will take care of this in court I believe after this public embarrassment and a slander and profiling and all that stuff I believe I am entitled to a little bit of conversation than make up for the humiliation and everything here not to mention that I was unable to go get what I was getting for dinner for my family and now I am unable to do so because all the other grocery are currently closed the only thing that’s open now in this town is gas stations and they do not have anything that suitable for families dinner you can contact me back at (304)- 371- 4547 I expect to hear back from you asap or my lawyer will contact you and this issue will be taken to court and I will be compensated in court I am willing to compromise and settle out of court if not legal action will be taken
