Family Dollar — Extremlyl Unacceptable Behavior from store staff

I was in the store on Mt Holly-Huntersville road this afternoon when they their system went down and rebooted. After waiting 15 mins the registered seemed to print something and I aksed why the young lady didn’t cone back. She began yelling at me and stating I didn’t need to worry about her and several other words. During the time the manager allowed her to come time to yell and never said a thing about the situation. I shop at thoa store often, and have witnessed many instances of unprofessional behavior by staff but let it go. The behavior I received today, feom a working employee towards me, a customer was so unacceptable. I tried to get the employees name and was told, You don’t need to worry about my name. I also asked the manager for the employees name and he would never respond. I’m not sure but I would like to receive a response
