I made an online booking on 2102021 to travel to Malta on 5112021 returning to London on 9112021. £176.02 was debited from my credit card but I have received a notation of the booking nor the booking reference. I went to the online customer services which were not helpful I now don’t know whether I can fly on the said date or not. Cannot access anything without a booking reference number.
