Google Fiber — Could not guarantee that timeline either

On 7/13/22, between 11:18am and 1:22pm, subcontractors for Google Fiber dug a 6′ wide, 2′ deep hole in my yard as part of their construction work for the across the street neighbor to receive their Google Fiber install. I was not contacted prior to, during or after this digging occurred. As of 8/10 this hole is still in my yard, and no one has been out to work on it, fill it, or provide any further communication. This is a potential safety hazard if someone were to fall in it. There is also water collecting inside which has me concerned that my sprinkler line may have been damaged. Lastly after this long, the sod is dead and would need to be replaced. I initially called to advise of the hole 7/20 and was told I would receive contact within 2 days. On 7/23 I called again as I had not heard anything or been contacted. 7/25 a rep with Google came by and advised they were not the ones that dug the hole. After confirming AT&T was not responsible and verifying with the city that no permits were pulled for the dig I reviewed my doorbell cam video and have evidence of the crew doing the work. Google refuses to share the names of the subcontracted business but I have video of the employees and their truck at the time the hole was dug. I called Google again on 7/27 to advise them of this information and again requested they send someone out to address it. After receiving no communication or follow up, I chatted with an agent on 8/4/22 and was told no timeline could be given for resolution. 8/5/22 I received an email stating I needed to send an online request with photos and explanation of my concern for them to review. I completed this request the same day. On 8/10/22 I chatted with an agent for follow up as I again had not heard anything. I was told the online request has just been processed 8/9/22 (5 days after submitted) and it could possibly be 3-7 more days for them to research and determine their next steps but they could not guarantee that timeline either.
