Capital One — Credit One Convenience Check email sent 10262022 and 11182022

I have received a few Convenience Checks in the past I receive emails stating they sent it out. On 10262022 i received an email stating they sent out so after a week I called Credit One and they said to disregard that’s an email mistake you show no convenience check going to you. Today I received another email for the same convienence check for me not to miss out this time and cash by November 30th. Again I called customer service and they said the same thing. Why am I getting these false emails like the customer service people say that there is nothing they can do? To quit sending fake emails This is not the way to do business giving your customers a check but then you turn around and tell me that disregard your not getting one..
