SkipTheDishes — The App is a piece of garbage and the Customer Service Is Too

So placed an order on on The skip app and I put thru my order however it looked like it failed so I ordered again not realizing the first order had gone thru. So when my order was delivered I had two sandwiches not one. I contacted skip and the first representative hung up the chat. I contacted back to report the agent and ask for a credit but they would not credit the account for a failure on their app.
