Burger King — Bad Business

On Thursday 9 -29 -2022 around 7:10 pm, a coworker and myself was going to go to lunch at this particular restaurant, we tried to get in the door, they had it locked, there were a couple people sitting in the lobby eating a parent child in the play area, the 2 in lobby let us in, we were heading towards the counter to place our order, one worker hollered at another worker saying they are letting people in, she didn’t even come to us to let us know what was going on, like saying sorry our lobby is closed or anything, just getting mad because we were there, they could have at least put a note on the doors explaining what was going on, we just left after she started running her mouth to the other worker took our business elsewhere, very bad business, it will be a VERY long time if ever that I will go to your restaurants, I’ll make sure to let EVERYONE know not to go there if that’s how the business is ran I know a lot of people, I think something should be done about this, we were not the only 2 people that this happened to, another coworker went through the drive through they messed her order up, she then had to park figure out a way to get inside to get her order fixed. Do whatever it takes to fix the problems, not the first problem at this particular Burger King
