I got online at Wal-Mart on November 28, 2021 and ordered a blue cricket employer air 2 bundle for $149.00. I ordered other things to go with the cricket machine. It was a Christmas present. I was sent an email on my Wal-Mart AP on my phone that said I could pick up the cricut on December 2, any time after 11:00 a.m. I gave them some time and had to drive 30 minutes to another town from where I live. I park at the grocery pick up line and call the number that is what I was told to do. Grocery answered and I gave them my name they told me they had nothing for me. I went into the store and waited in line for 20 minutes at customer service.I showed lady at customer service my phone and she called a man over and he said he would have to go to the back and check on computer. He did not come back after a while. I seen a woman talking to two women that was against one wall they were waiting on tv’s the woman had found one of the lady’s TVs and she was telling the other one hers was in another town at walmart . when she finished within I asked her. By this time I had kept looking at my phone and it said I would have to pick it up December 3 after 5:00. I asked her about this and she said she would find out. I told her a man was going to find out and he never came back. She said I will be right back. I looked at my phone again and it said it was canceled. When she came back she said it was canceled because they sold more than what they had so I wasn’t getting one. I told her it was a Christmas present what was I going to do I had bought things to go with it that was being shipped to my house. She just turned around and walked off. The man never came back. It took 4 days for it to come off my credit card. Now I don’t have one to give my daughter for Christmas
