On 12622, I began a return on an item that I had ordered online. The online process was easy. I received an email giving In-store returns are easy. The number 1 item says, Gather your items. No box? We’ll pack for you in-store, Took the item to be returned to customer service. There I was told Walmart never packed return items. I showed the employee the email I received and they again told me Walmart had never packed return items. That it was the customers responsibility.
