Ordered and paid for product on 7-21-20 with their web site stating a 2 week wait period. After 10 weeks of no product sent, I called them and was told by a gentleman named James that my product was sitting there on his desk and he would ship it out no later than Monday the following week. Well the product never was mailed and after that lie I called back the following week and talked to a gentleman named Justin who said he was making a shipping label for the product in which he did but of course a shipping label means nothing if there is no product to mail! If only I could of got some HONEST explanations rather than lies I would of been understanding because I know the industry is behind on the manufacturing. A VERY POOR company Radical Firearms to do business with! I am asking for a full refund so I can take my business elsewhere. Gary
