I received an automated call on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, telling me my prescription was ready. I went in on Wednesday and the pharmacy was closed due to no staff. I went on in Thursday only to wait in line for more than an hour to have the staff tell me that they don’t have the prescription in the store and it was on order and should be there on Monday. It also was not available at any CVS in a 20-mile radius. It is now Wednesday and there is no prescription and I cannot even get anyone to answer the phone. I am out of this medication. I also now have another prescription that is on order. Hire the people needed to do this job. Fill the prescriptions. People cannot continue to wait for medications that they need.
