Booked a cruise with Iglu on may 21 for a MSC cruise on MSC Magnifica sailing to northern europe on 15th october 22 from Southampton. Deposit paid for 3 balcony cabins with drinks package. Recently noticed that this cruise was not being advertised on Iglu website or any other travel agents website. Checked on MSC website and ref numbers given by Iglu show a different cruise on a different date. MSC website also shows the Magnifica is not sailing from Southampton on 15th oct and instead is sailing round the Med. have contacted Iglu by phone, Chat and Trustpilot but they have not returned calls as promised.
