Ubereats delivery driver sent food to the wrong address but my address was clearly given on the app. The driver was rude and lazy he went to the completely wrong address called me saying he couldn’t find the number. Luckly this driver is GPS tracked so I could see where he was. The cheeky ****** took a photo of the food on a random street there was no house number visible just because he didn’t want to drive it to the correct address. I called the shop and they said they couldn’t do anything about it I had to contact Ubereats. Now Ubereats have a new policy which states if after 7 minutes you don’t receive your order you the customer are charged and not entitled to a refund.
