TNT Fireworks — 160.00 removed from my account

Made a 33.00 dollar purchase, was overcharged 160.00, total of 196.00 removed from my account. On 4th of July I made a purchase of 33.00 dollars at a firework stand. The lady gave me my total and handed an ipad and asked me to sign. Next day I looked at my account and 196.84 were taken from my account. I submitted my claim to TNT Fireworks Assistant Director of Corporate Credit Cards American Promotional Events OFFICE: (256) 740.6863, She asked me to email my bank statement proving my debit card was linked to bank statement. I sent it on Friday 07/06, did not reply to me until 07/13. She asked what I bought, which I replied right away. She said receipt for my purchase said i bought the most expensive firework box for 200 using a coupon. I replied I did not make this purchase and using a coupon would mean and email was used. This is the way they could see that is not my purchase. I emailed Ms. Smith various times requesting an update and no response. I also called and was told she would get back to me. The bank sent me a new card but were unable to get my money back. It has been almost a month and still I have not received my money back. I am writing my experience so that other can refrain from purchasing using a debit card at any TNT firework stand. The stand I bought fireworks was supposed to “benefit” El Centro Chapter Kiwanis Club. Not even the ex-mayor who is part of this organization was able to help me. I will continue to call and email
