Ticketmaster — Did not respond to request for refund for rescheduled concert. Now they say it’s too late

I emailed Ticketmaster with request for a refund for a rescheduled concert. I received an email stating that they would get back to me, not to worry, but they never did. The refund request was made on August 6th. When I went on their fan support line on September 19th they told me the time had elapsed for a refund. This so called ‘fan support line’ just repeats the same response and they have shut off all other ways to contact them. Basically they stole $500.00 from us. Full refund of the ticket price.
