Went in today like ive been doing for years coming home from work. Asked for a pack of traffic silver one hundred and i added as i always do the one in the light blue box. Thought the price was high after paying her as she put it right in the bag. Went back to her afterwards how much were the cigarettes and she showed me the receipt. She gave me marlboro silver. Said to her i asked for traffic. She became confrontational and insisted i said Marlboro. Ill be sixty two years old and never smoked or asked for marlboro in my life. She kept on saying i did and she had it on tape. I said wrll lets rollback the tape. She said she couldnt as she was the only one there. Heck i dont know even what the heck marlboro silvers are and would never ask for apack that costs 6.75. Id quit before then. She kept o. Arguing with me. Finally exchanging the smokes. It isnt that she gave and charged me for the wrong smokes. It was her arguing with me about what i asked for that ticked me off. I plan on going back monday to the store to follow this up. This girl has no business whatsoever working a job with the public. She should have just said sorry and asked what i wanted and exchanged it and that would have been that. Instead she became confrontational and arguementative. No way to be with customers for sure. Ive been going to this circle k for ten years or more without incident until this girl today.
