The Salvation Army — Rude District Manager and Manager

Went to make a donation today and there was a line there I waited and waited there was no organization at all. People were not waiting in line and I asked for a cart and said I have a bad arm and was told I would have to wait but everybody else was not waiting so I piled my stuff at the door and the next thing I know a lady came out and said I can’t leave it there or she is going to call police. I said I asked for a cart and help but got nothing. She said she is calling the police and I said I am calling the Corp office and she said it doesn’t matter I’m the district manager. Very rude didn’t even offer help. There was nobody to help but when it came to her everybody seemed to be there now. I will never make another donation here again. This is how the DM acts the rest of the employees cannot be any better. Then the police called me and said I need to pick the items up. So when I went there to get the items I asked the guy at receiving if they were going to take any of the items he said he didn’t know. Then the manager came and said I don’t want any of that **** you need to get the f…. Off my property. A apology would be a start. Then teach the DM and down a little customer service skills.
