I have already called and filed but never got a call back within 3 days as I was told. I purchased a used box of Timer Toys that had well over 100 pieces. Got home and they were filthy. Took back with receipt the next day. Girl at desk was rude and manager would not take back saying The only take back clothes. When I asked why they didn’t ck put items before they go on the floor, he told me it was the buyers responsibility. He also asked me if I great grandchildren never played in dirt before suggesting that these dirty pieces shouldn’t bother them. I paid $23.99 for these as a gift for them. I live on a fixed income and buy almost everything from this store. There was more said but I guess this is enough. I left the Tinker Toys there for them to throw out since they were heavy for me to carry. I asked for store credit. Thank you
