I called three times now and each time I was told that they would call the driver and tell him to turn around. He came to the wrong address with no takealote markings at all just normal clothes and a white car, then went to the wrong house and bashed on the door, I was watching from my cctv and then watched him leave and then I got the message takealote tried to deliver but I was not there. I then immediately called and asked them to tell the driver to turn around and I’ll wait. I have been waiting now for over an hour and still no driver. Non of the consultants told me anything helpful and I now have wasted my airtime and my time I’m very unimpressed by this and think it’s disgusting how little you people care about your clients.
