The software product or rather product activation keys and Office 2019 that is really access to their Office365 account where you must keep your documents stored out in the cloud is a total scam. The company is also dishonest and will go to great lengths to keep what you pay them even when they do not deliver what was purchased. I purchased Windows 10 Professional and Office 2019. I was given download instructions for Windows 10 and OEM version was installed by Microsoft site but the Windows 10 Pro activation key they provided was not a genuine key and did not work. I informed them of the error I received from Microsoft and received response with another key that Microsoft also rejected. Additionally they wanted to conduct a Zoom session to install the software which was not my issue but that the Win 10 Pro Key didn’t work. I gave up communicating with them when their rep told me to disconnect my computer from the Internet and then enter the key(s). I requested refund as I did not feel comfortable with this practice. Refund was declined due to their statement that I could download the software per their instructions but they did not acknowledge the Windows 10 Pro activation keys did not work or legitimate reason as to why Microsoft rejected. Additionally, Office 2019 and or Office 365 product was actually a membership to their private account that give online usage only – What happens to your documents when their account is shut down? I think you will lose access to your documents etc. Not my ideal to use their Office products by online access to manage my documents in their cloud account. They advertise as being available to use online or offline. Lastly, I disputed the 58.69 charge with my creditor and they responded as if all was well and that they issued the products as requested and had been trying to work with me to correct the issues. They were dishonest to keep the 58.69 knowing I do not use their Office 365 account and I asked them to disable the ID they generated for me; and the fact that 2 Windows 10 Pro activation keys were rejected by Microsoft. If it sounds to good to be true – It is! Do not buy software anything from this company.
