My credit card on file with Straight talk was stolen. in addition, I tried for the week before last Christmas to activate my new iPhone 13 but they could not figure out how to do it. I asked for a refund but was told I had to cancel my service or port my number first. I went to Verizon and ported my number and there were no issues activating my new phone. When I called back for my refund I was told they don’t give refunds after 180 days. I paid annually so they still owe me 3 months, especially since this was their fault
