Performed a repair that completely broke our fridge. Promised a refund that he never sent us and now will not respond to messages or calls. We hired ******* to repair our fridge that was working intermittently on July 9, 2019. He came, diagnosed what he thought the problem was and ordered the part. Came back a few days later to install the new part and following that our fridge completely quit working. I reached out to him to come back and fix it again, but he informed me he would not have time that day but he could send me a refund on July 29, 2019. Now, two weeks later, he is no longer responding to text messages or phone calls and we still have not received the refund.
